About this site

Last updated: 28 July 2026

BrokerSwiss is a small, self-funded publication about retail trading brokers. Each review sets out the same things in the same order: which legal entity you would actually be contracting with, who authorises that entity and under what licence number, what the account costs to hold and to trade, and what the published record shows about how the firm has behaved.

The site exists because that information is scattered. A broker's brand name is not its legal entity; the entity you are onboarded to depends on where you live; and the leverage, the protections and the fee schedule can all differ between two entities trading under one logo. A review that skips the entity question ends up describing a firm that no reader is a customer of.

Who publishes this site

This site is published by Broker Swiss Team, operated by Tadawul Capital Media LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (registration 0008075163 with the New Mexico Secretary of State). Naming the entity here is the same standard the site holds every broker review to: which legal entity you are actually dealing with, stated plainly rather than left to a logo.

Editorial responsibility for everything published here rests with the publisher. The single contact channel is [email protected]; corrections, complaints, data requests and rights-holder notices all arrive there.

Reviews carry a collective byline — the BrokerSwiss editorial team — rather than a named individual author, and that byline links to how we rate. No fictional reviewer is invented to sign a page.

How a review is researched

Reviews are desk research against primary sources. Where a fact can be checked in a public record, the review cites that record and the date it was read; where it cannot, the review says so instead of filling the gap.

Sources used

  • The public register of each regulator a broker claims authorisation from, read entry by entry against the named legal entity rather than the brand.
  • Regulator enforcement notices, warning lists and public censures.
  • The broker's own published legal documents: client agreements, order execution policy, fee schedule, and the risk warnings it is required to display.
  • Company filings, where the entity's ownership or accounts are publicly filed.

What a review does not claim

A review states that a broker's own materials or a regulator's register say something. It does not claim first-hand experience of a platform, a measured execution speed, or a withdrawal timed by hand, unless a dated record of that test exists and is referenced. Marketing copy from the broker is quoted as the broker's claim, never restated as fact.

Dates and re-checks

Costs, licences and account terms change. Every factual claim carries the date its source was read, and each page shows when it was last checked. A page that has not been re-checked recently says so; it is not silently redated to look fresh.

How the site is funded

Some links to brokers are paid links: if you follow one and open an account, this site may receive a commission from that broker. Every such link is labelled where it appears, so you can see which ones they are before you click.

What a commercial relationship does not buy: a rating, a position in the ordering of the reviews hub, the removal of a negative finding, or advance sight of a review. Ratings are derived from the published rating methodology, and the hub is ordered by rating with ties broken alphabetically. A broker with no commercial relationship is reviewed on the same terms as one with a relationship, and no broker can buy its way onto — or off — the site.

If a broker's compliance team asks for a change, the request is treated as a correction request like any other: it is assessed against the source, and it succeeds only if the source shows the page is wrong.

What this site does not do

  • It does not give advice. Nothing here is a personal recommendation, and nothing here takes account of your circumstances, your objectives or your tax position. See the disclaimer.
  • It does not arrange or execute anything. The site holds no client money, opens no accounts, executes no orders, and is not a party to any agreement you sign with a broker.
  • It is not authorised by any financial regulator, and it does not hold itself out as being authorised.
  • It does not tell you a broker is safe. A licence is a fact about a firm's permissions, not a guarantee about your money. Trading leveraged products loses money for most retail accounts.

The site is directed at readers outside the United Kingdom and is not intended for persons located there.

Corrections

If something here is wrong, say so. Email [email protected] with the page, the claim, and the source that contradicts it. A claim shown to be wrong is corrected; where the correction changes something material, the page records that it was corrected and when. A rating moves only if the underlying facts move.
