Cookie policy

This page lists every cookie and every browser storage key BrokerSwiss sets, what each one is for, and how long it lasts. It is a complete list rather than a representative one — if something is not named here, this site does not set it.

The short version: reading this site sets no cookies at all. Nothing is stored on your device until you interact with a form.

Nothing is set before you act

On a first visit with no prior interaction, the site loads and sets no cookie and no local storage entry, and it makes no request to any third-party host. Fonts, stylesheets, scripts and images all come from this site's own domain.

In particular, the analytics tag does not load. The site ships with its analytics measurement identifier empty, and an empty identifier disables the tag entirely — so there is no analytics script, no analytics cookie and no measurement request. That is the shipped state, not a setting you have to find and switch off.

The complete list

bsp_enquiry_sent — enquiry marker

Type: first-party cookie, set by this site's own domain.
Set when: only after you successfully submit the enquiry form. It is not set on page load, not set by opening the form, and not set if the submission fails.
What it holds: the single value 1, and nothing else. It records only that a submission happened. It does not hold the pages you viewed, the referring source, or any identifier.
Lifetime: 180 days from the point it is set, unless you delete it sooner.
Third parties: none. Its value is sent only to this site.

Enquiry form draft — browser local storage

Type: local storage on your own device, not a cookie, and never sent in an HTTP request header.
Set when: as you type into the enquiry form, so a reload or an accidental close does not lose what you had written.
What it holds: the values you have entered so far in that form.
Stored under: the key brokerswiss_lead_draft.
Lifetime: 30 minutes, after which it is deleted rather than merely ignored. It is also cleared as soon as you submit the form, and you can clear it at any time from your browser's site-data controls. Your consent tick is never restored from a draft — it starts unticked every time.
Third parties: none. This draft never leaves your device before you press submit — there is no background transmission of a partly completed form.

That is the whole list. There is no session cookie for reading, no preference cookie, no consent-record cookie, no advertising or retargeting identifier, no social-network pixel, no A/B testing bucket, and no heat-mapping or session-replay storage.

Cookies this site does not set, but which you may still meet

The site is served through a content delivery network, which may set an operational cookie of its own to route and secure requests. It is not used to profile you and it is not readable by this site's own code.

Following a paid link to a broker takes you to that broker's website. From that point you are on their domain, under their cookie policy, and they will set whatever they set. This site has no control over it and does not receive it.

Controlling what is stored

Because nothing non-essential is set before you act, there is no consent banner to click through. If you never submit a form, nothing is stored and there is nothing to withdraw.

If something has been stored and you want it gone, every browser can clear cookies and site data for a single site, and every browser can be configured to block or expire them. Clearing the entries above will not break reading the site: the enquiry journey cookie only affects the context recorded with a future submission, and clearing the draft only discards a partly typed form.

Browser "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals are respected by default here in the only way that matters — there is no tracking to disable.
